Here is the workout from today:

1 x 500 yard warm up
6 x 100 on 1:25 descending
4 x 75 kick on 1:30
2 x 400 on :10 sec rest
1 x 200 cool down

2400 yards total – nice effort, good workout.

48 days to the Twin Cities Marathon.
