This was a good set today – I felt really strong.

Here’s the workout:

10 minute warmup
2 x (6 x 400) on 1:30 rest interval, 2:30 between sets (my 400 pace is 1:43)
10 minute cooldown

I was able to descend 1 – 6 and 7 – 12, with the last three being my fastest of the day. Really felt great!
