Today’s effort…

Good workout today.  Here’s the set:

10 min warm up – easy jog
5 * 1K @ 4:24 on a 400M Rest interval (1:43)
10 min cool down – easy jog

Actuals:
1 – 4:12
2 – 4:08
3 – 4:11
4 – 4:17
5 – 4:12

Overall, I am very happy with this effort.  It was hard but in a good way.  I think my training is coming along nicely and I’m very happy with the program I have chosen.
