I had a great workout over lunch yesterday. I ran a little over 7 miles (I was going for
8 but I ran out of time) and I felt really solid. I could have easily kept up
the pace for another half hour or so. I kept the pace pretty slow (9:30 min
miles), but I also was able to keep my HR below 165. This is a huge improvement
from when I started, I would easily get my HR up over 185 consistently, no
matter how slow. Just another way to mark improvement.
Today should be a 40 minute run, so it’ll be a little shorter butI’m going to up the pace a little. I’ll report back on my progress…
