Workout for 03/29/2006

What a great workout! I pushed myself really, really hard today and felt good doing it. My workout today was on the elliptical machine and I was able maintain a pretty good pace throughout the entire 30 minutes. I feel like the last week or so I’ve really seen marked improvement in my overall fitness. Aside from the incisional hernia and not being able to run, I’m starting to feel like I did before my gallbladder went bad.
