Workout for 03/24/2006

Worked out on the elliptical machine today. Felt pretty good. I was able to keep a good pace and not fell any pain today. These lower impact exercises (biking, elliptical , etc.) really seem to be helping build my strength. I’m feeling much better than earlier in the week. Nice!
